
Maan Al Sanea forged the signature of Sheikh Suleiman Hamad Algosaibi on a loan application for forty million dollars. The sheikh himself couldn’t sign the document since at the time he was dying at a hospital – unconscious, under anaesthetics and respiratory ventilator.
